The team holds a work hard play hard mentality, with an emphasis on play hard. National Tequila day is a recurring event, as well as annual competitions like the great R&A Pie Bake-Off. Aside from the fun, my favorite part about working at R&A is the team comradery and also support received from the Owner, Director of Operations, and Department Heads. Nothing beats it! #TeamTeal

The strong emphasis put on maintaining a positive company culture at R&A stems from our core values of being highly capable and passionate in a collaborative setting. The ability to operate under those terms gives way to an enjoyable environment that puts great importance on balance and taking time to recognize our individual and collective accomplishments. Our focus on philanthropy is also a reflection of what we find important behind the teal doors. Giving back to our community in a variety of ways is something we feel our success in business has allowed us to concentrate on as a cornerstone of the agency. I am personally always thrilled to welcome new talent to the R&A team because that means we are accumulating more energy, strengths and ideas to add to the mix.
