2019 J.D. Power Marketing Toolkit (Window World Inc.)

For the fifth time in seven years, Window World has received the highest-ranking J.D. Power award in the Window and Patio Door Satisfaction Study. This prestigious award recognizes our clients as the industry’s best in customer satisfaction and best in price within the windows and doors category.

Window World Inc. brought us on to create two robust creative toolkits for the Window World brand and local stores across the country to use in the promotion of the award. From print to digital, each toolkit includes 15 creative elements that will run across varying marketing mediums throughout the year. We also created a social media graphic to announce the award recognition across Window World’s Facebook and Instagram platforms.

We have had the privilege of working on this project with Window World Inc. over the years as they have earned this achievement. We were excited to launch into the ideation phase and explore varying concepts with a lifestyle look and feel that speak to the brand’s trustworthy, high-quality and family-oriented values.

Window World Inc. landed on the concept, “Quality. Value. Trust.” This theme nicely touts the recognition and clout the brand holds and elevates the key value propositions. We also wanted the composition of the awards to make a visual impactful and solitary statement. Ultimately conveying, Window World is a brand you can trust with the best prices in town.
