VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — Ashley Knepper, co-owner and president of Reed & Associates Marketing, Inc. (R&A), a full-service marketing, advertising and public relations agency, was recognized as a recipient at the 7th annual Inside Business 2014 Entrepreneurial Excellence Awards during an event Monday, June 16 at The Founders Inn.
The luncheon was preceded by a panel discussion featuring esteemed local business leaders, followed by an awards ceremony recognizing 16 local entrepreneurs. This year’s honorees were chosen for their achievements in entrepreneurial business, effective leadership styles, ability to turn risk into success and their contributions to the Hampton Roads community.
In 2008, Ashley Knepper founded Reed & Associates Marketing alongside business partner, Dave Reed. The firm was developed to cater to the unique marketing needs of Window World®, America’s largest replacement window and home remodeling company. Initially only offering broadcast media buying and creative services, R&A has now evolved into a full-services agency, crafting effective marketing strategies and managing multiplatform advertising campaigns both nationally and in more than 30 markets around the country.

Future Reed & Associates Marketing plans include moving into a new creative office space in the heart of downtown Norfolk later this summer.
