Local Marketing Agency Expands Client Services Department

NORFOLK, Va. — Reed & Associates Marketing (R&A) has welcomed three new team members to their Client Services department. A national marketing agency located in Downtown Norfolk, R&A continues to develop new client partnerships, allowing new driven talent to join the team behind its teal doors.

Co-owner and President of R&A, Ashley Knepper says, “We feel fortunate to be in the position to welcome new talent to our thriving team and are energized by the development of recent client partnerships. Hannah Clay, Client Services, is a Virginia Beach native with a degree in Creative Advertising and Corporate Communications from James Madison University. Her passion for growing and cultivating relationships makes her a valuable asset to our team. Hannah got her start in the non-profit sector, and she is excited to build a career with Reed & Associates Marketing as a member of the Client Services team serving both the agency and her clients across the country. 

“We are fortunate to have such talent returning to the area. Hannah’s experience in the non-profit world with project management and donor relations makes her a natural fit for an agency with such high standards for the client experience,” says Alison Johnson, Director of Operations.

Kristen Vretakis, Client Services, graduated from the University of Virginia with a major in Foreign Affairs and a minor in Media Studies. A Virginia Beach native, she brings experience in client and project management, previously serving as the Client Department Head at a DC-based company. Kristen ensures project deliverables are properly managed and delivered in a timely fashion. A “people-person” at heart, she cares deeply about nurturing meaningful and lasting relationships. 

Johnson says, “Kristen also comes from a client services background and additionally brings a high level of understanding to client development and trusted interactions.”

With a previous long-standing tenure on our Client Services team, Kendal Koenig, Senior Client Services, has returned to Team Teal! Kendal, a graduate from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, brings a wealth of Window World account management knowledge and experience, serving as a liaison for the agency and our clients. She ensures our work is rooted in strategy as we deliver results for our clients. Motivated and inspired to help small business owners succeed in their endeavors, Kendal finds our client partnerships rewarding as we help them achieve their marketing goals year-to-year. Additionally, Kendal admires President Ashley Knepper’s drive for philanthropy and is proud to work for a company with a genuine heart and passion to give back.
